FrameReady Support Discontinued; LifeSaver Cloud Upgrade Available to Customers

On-premise POS software for the framing industry will be replaced with modern POS technology that supports the requirements of today's framing professionals.

Provo, UT March 19, 2026 After more than forty years of serving the framing industry, FrameReady, a POS software for the picture framing and art industries, will discontinue support on August 1, 2026.

The framing industry has changed significantly, and the gap between what older desktop software can provide and what framing businesses require has become too pronounced to ignore.

Necessities such as online design tools, real-time inventory access, and vendor catalog updates are now expectations of today's framing professionals — and are no longer features that can be easily added to on-premise software.

Instead of continuing to invest in aging infrastructure, FrameReady will cease operations and provide customers with support to easily upgrade to LifeSaver Cloud.

While the impact of relying on outdated technology is not always immediately apparent, operating unsupported software introduces significant business risks, ultimately jeopardizing the service FrameReady customers deserve.

Customer Migration: A Simple, No-Cost Upgrade

For three decades, LifeSaver Cloud has maintained its commitment to innovation, integrity, and exceptional customer support, continually evolving to meet the unique needs of framing professionals. 

All FrameReady customers will have the opportunity to migrate seamlessly to LifeSaver Cloud without business disruption. Full migration and transition support is provided at no cost, including waived implementation fees and a dedicated migration specialist.

The migration to LifeSaver Cloud will give FrameReady users:
